Our services

Litho

Having a forward-thinking mentality means we are able to effortlessly produce exceptional print on a daily basis, guided by our highly skilled team of individuals who are focused on creating outstanding quality work.

Our approach is not just to be a stereotypical print company, but to showcase our knowledge and technical expertise in order to effectively work in collaboration with our clients. In pushing the worlds most advanced press technology, our capabilities are limitless – producing award winning print time after time.

Our expertise for printing on both coated and uncoated substrates means we are able to capture not only the vibrancy, but the finest of details of our client’s original photography.

CAD

Whether it be prototypes for creative packaging or for POS, our CAD cutter creatively combines with both our small and large digital format options. This not only enables us to provide our clients with professional level prototypes on all substrates, but also means it can be used for short production runs – further expanding your project opportunities.

It cuts all substrates from the thinnest label materials to thicker vinyls, folding box boards and eco-friendly large format display boards. Maximum cutting and creasing size is 2400 x 1200mm.

Large format digital

With a company ethos committed to delivering class leading print, our choice of investing in the SIGNRACER 2512 Large Format Flatbed printer was an easy one.

Utilising its extended colour gamut 8 print heads, our in-house skilled retouchers provide our clients with the capability to deliver accurate colour on any substrate. The Multi-drop technology of it’s Ricoh 6 print heads, will confidently reproduce the finest detail of images, or the detail of small type with the same ease.

With a 2500mm x 1250mm print bed and the capability to print on any substrate up to 100mm thick, it sits perfectly alongside our small format digital and B1 Litho presses.

Our partnership
with Heidelberg

As a business we have enjoyed a positive working relationship with Heidelberg for over 30 years. In August 2020 we were proud to announce the signing of the UK’s first flexible Subscription Agreement in partnership with Heidelberg. The deal saw the installation of the world’s first Drupa Specification Speedmaster XL 106-6+L, fully supported with training, software, consultation with analysis and guidance by Heidelberg experts.

Heidelberg UK’s Managing Director Ryan Miles, says the Subscription model suits “like-minded customers” who have “a sound business model to create growth” and stresses how crucial it is, particularly with the full model Subscription Plus, that both parties are on the same page. “When you’re entering into a partnership with capital equipment, workflow and solutions that touch the customer’s customers, you have to have a mutual understanding about working together towards common goals.”

Our approach like many other businesses is to embrace the latest technology. To drive efficiencies of course, but just as importantly we’re acutely focused on investing and developing talented and committed staff. Our approach and know-how is in getting the very best we can from any artwork supplied. In understanding how ink and imagery are affected by different substrates.

Combine technology with this approach, you can clearly and fundamentally make visual differences. With Heidelberg’s subscription partnership we’re getting the best without doubt, the best in the world.
